Silent Journaling Sessions
(Morning Sessions)

Morning Sessions are scheduled for one hour every Monday and Wednesday from April 29 to May 29 at 10:00 am (CST).

 

These sessions are a space for you to spend time in peaceful contemplation and journaling! If you're unsure about what to write, journaling prompts will be provided for you. You can also use this time for journal creation and decoration, or to work on journaling projects of any kind. It's your dedicated time to use however you need it!

Evening Reflections

Spend an hour reflecting on your day -  what did you do? What worked for you? What didn't? Did you struggle with someone or something? Are you holding on to something that is keeping you from rest? These guided journaling sessions are meant to help you unwind from your day, process the good and the bad, calm your mind, and help you settle into rest.
